In order to motivate employees, spur backward and praise advanced, make the staff have an objective understanding on their performance, TMP organized the annual staff assessment in each department since January 14, 2016.
In order to give a comprehensive evaluation of the employee's synthetic performance, the assessment was mainly divided into two parts, one part was for the department leader’s quantitative assessment of the subordinate, the other part was the 360-degree qualitative check among employees. Through the two parts, all staff participated the assessment, made a more objective and comprehensive synthetic evaluation to reflect performance, capability and attitude of employees, also provided basis for selecting advanced, rewarding outstanding and leading backward.
