Ring out the old year and ring in the new year. On behalf of TMP Geosynthetics, I would like to extend our holiday greetings and heartfelt thanks to all the customers at home and abroad who care and support the development of our company. I would like to express my sincere thanks to all the staff who worked hard in the past year and to all your supportive families. I wish you every happiness and health in the New Year 2018.
Time and tide wait for no man, God helps those who help themselves. For TMP, 2017 was a year to forge ahead in the risks and challenges. Under the grim situation of the fierce competition in the market, the soaring of the raw material and gas prices, we resisted pressure to accept the challenge, overcome difficulties and achieved remarkable performance. The economic indicators have increased significantly over the past year, showing a strong momentum of development.
2017 was a year of temper endeavour. The smooth operation of TMP America meant that the international strategy fell to the ground. The non-woven 2# line was put into production to provide new capacity for the development of the enterprise. In the terminal market, the successful supply of the Capital Airport, Qingdao Airport, Sanya Airport and other projects, symbolizing the transformation of business to achieve substantial breakthroughs. The revision of “ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System”, “CE Safety Certification” and “Enterprise Intellectual Property Management System” passed the review, which further improved the standardization, risk prevention and control capabilities of all management work.
2017 was also a year of innovation. In the project construction of the TMP America, a number of new technologies were applied, the geogrid technology and equipment were greatly improved to reach the leading level in the industry. According to the needs of the development of the US market, the 2# line construction of TMP America will be started in time. The international market position of geogrid will be promoted through the second phase of the project. To speed up management innovation, we should start a new round of learning to promote the transformation of internal mechanism, inject impetus for development, activate organizational potential, stimulate enterprise vitality, and consolidate management base for achieving business objectives.
At the same time, TMP was committed to the social responsibility. We visited the provincial poverties in Xiali village of Daiyue district, relieved funds and materials to Yezhuang village of Shankou town and Tianping subdistrict.
Looking back at the past makes us feel happy and proud; looking forward to the future is more exciting and inspiring. 2018 is a new starting point for the realization of new goals, we should keep pace with the times, combine technological innovation and management innovation, and push the enterprises to a new step. Through technological innovation and transformation, the level of automation and upgrading of production equipment will be promoted and the competitiveness of the enterprise will be improved. Fine management and the new incentive mechanism is tried to realize the change of enterprise distribution mechanism. The 2# production line of TMP America is to expand the competitive advantage of the international market.
New Year always embodies new hopes and dreams. Standing at a new starting point, let’s work together and forge ahead to carry forward the tradition of modest and prudent, look into the objective and development blueprint in 2018, never slack and continue to make new progress for the goal of the “Century TMP” !
