This seminar was organized by Reinforced Professional Committee of China Geosynthetics Association, China Committee of the International Synthetic Society(CCIGS), co- organized by Southwest Jiaotong University, Chinese Railway Second Design Institute, Chinese Railway Second Bureau and Taian Modern Plastic Co., Ltd.
This seminar invited experts and technical scholars from domestic and abroad working on theory and technology research of geosynthetics reinforced soil, through special reports, thematic presentations, group special reports, free discussion and other forms to show the latest achievements of theory and technology research on geosynthetic reinforced soil. And carried out extensive and depth exchanges and discussions, to further promote the development of the theory and technique of geosynthetics reinforced soil studies, promoted exchanges, prospected for the future development trend of reinforced soil.
There was also the exhibition on new materials of geosynthetics field, new technologies and new equipment while the conference was in process. This is the geosynthetics industry development in many fields for researching and production, application of engineering, engineering design and construction, cross-promotion, exchange and cooperation platform, also the bridge in all applications for new technologies and seek more cooperation.

In this seminar, Taian Modern Plastic Co., Ltd joined in the third-meeting of The First Reinforced Special Committee, China Committee of International Geosynthetics Society (CCIGS) conference and the exchange forum of Cross Taiwan Strait geosynthetics society as China Geosynthetics Engineering Association and the International Geosynthetics Society(IGS) Member, showing the company’s technological innovation, cultural strength and growth potential.
