Time forges our original aspiration; twenty-eight years build brilliant achievements. On June 6, 2026, our company marked the 28th anniversary of its founding. To celebrate this grand occasion, unite all staff and gear up for a new journey, we successfully held a full-staff military training and team-building event themed "Hone Our Edge for Twenty-Eight Years, Forge Glory with Passion" at the Third Factory Campus.
On the day of the event, all employees gathered in formation by companies, standing in neat ranks with high spirits. The Chairman and senior management team reviewed the military training formations. Smart in appearance and disciplined in conduct, the teams fully demonstrated excellent professionalism and morale.
After the review, Deputy General Manager Wang Dunsheng delivered the opening remarks. He led all staff in singing the Eight Honors and Eight Shames and introduced the event agenda.
Then the Chairman delivered a speech for the 28th anniversary. He looked back on the company's development journey, expressed gratitude to all employees for their long-term dedication and companionship, outlined a new blueprint for future growth, and boosted morale and unified the team.
The celebration featured a rich lineup of competitions amid a lively atmosphere. In the morning, events including tug-of-war, table tennis, badminton and the "Thunder Relay" took place one after another. Employees worked together and strove for excellence, filling the venue with great enthusiasm.
After the break, the second half kicked off with a series of team activities: 4×50m relay, group rope skipping, centipede race, triathlon relay and the themed run "Stay Young, March Forward". All staff took an active part and gave their best, showcasing a dynamic spirit of unity, diligence and courage.
Upon the conclusion of the competitions, all employees lined up in order to form a giant human figure of "CM28". Holding custom flags for the 28th anniversary, they posed for an aerial group photo, capturing this precious moment of unity and celebration.
Hard work always pays off, and every dedication deserves glory. A grand award ceremony was held on site. The company presented prizes to winning teams and individuals, and selected the "Best Participation Company" and "Outstanding Company". The honors recognized everyone's teamwork and enterprising spirit shown throughout the events.
Following the award ceremony, the General Manager delivered the closing speech. He fully affirmed the significance and fruitful outcomes of the celebration, and praised all employees for their solidarity and enterprising spirit, marking a perfect conclusion to the company’s 28th anniversary celebration.
